Like the Seghesio Family, the Pagani’s have a history deeply rooted in Zinfandel. This wine comes form the storied Pagani Ranch in Sonoma Valley. The vineyard is completely dry farmed bringing a very deep root system that provides for a rich and nuanced structure to the fruit.

Like the Seghesio family, the Paganis have a history deeply rooted in Zinfandel in Sonoma Valley. First planted in the mid-1880s by Felice Pagani, the vineyard bearing his name is now tended by the family’s third and fourth generations.

Tasting Notes
Exceptionally balanced with notes of black fig, currant, and tobacco leaf. The wine is fresh and silky on the palate with notes of brambly fruit accented by warm nutmeg and crème brûlée. Dusty tannins extend the wine’s long finish, and the balanced acidity makes it a perfect pairing with tomato-based dishes. Try adding in sausage or pancetta to a marinara sauce, or enjoy with pizza topped with fresh mozzarella and spicy coppa.
