Deeply perfumed aromas of raspberry and old vine Zin’s intrinsic briary spiciness. Layered bright fruit flavors reminiscent of a cherry pie with graham cracker crust and baking spice undertones. Low yields in the vineyard preserved the vibrant natural acidity and balanced tannins, leading into a long, persistent finish.
